Shipping and Payment
Shipping conditions
Your order will be shipped with our partner DHL (Post) for all parcel shipments. For international deliveries, DHL sometimes works with regional parcel services, which we can not name in advance. Through the cooperation with DHL, shipping to packing stations and German islands is also possible for you at no extra charge! The packing station can be specified during the ordering process.
We deliver within the European Union as well as to the European Economic Area (EFTA) and Switzerland + UK. A complete list of possible countries can be found in the shipping costs table below. Shipping to all other countries not listed is currently not possible.
Shipping costs
To keep your order as simple as possible, we charge a standard shipping fee for every purchase (no matter how big or heavy the shipment is). If you order more than a certain amount, we will also give you the entire shipping costs for free. There is no minimum order value and subsequent deliveries are of course also free of shipping costs.
Delivery to Germany
For deliveries within Germany we charge a flat rate of 3,00 EUR incl. VAT per order. From a value of 70,00 EUR we deliver your order free of shipping costs!
Delivery to Austria
For deliveries within Austria we charge a flat rate of 6,90 EUR incl. VAT per order. From a value of 100,00 EUR we deliver your order free of shipping costs!
Delivery to Netherlands, Poland, Slovenia, France, Luxembourg, Italy and Spain
For deliveries to the Netherlands, Poland, Slovenia, France, Luxembourg, Italy and Spain we charge a flat rate of 12,90 EUR incl. VAT per order. From an order value of 150,00 EUR we deliver your order free of shipping costs!
Delivery to the rest of Europe*
For deliveries to the rest of Europe we charge a flat rate of 15,90 EUR incl. VAT per order. From an order value of 200,00 EUR we deliver your order free of shipping costs!
* the following countries are supplied: Belgium, Bulgaria, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, Greece, Ireland, Croatia, Latvia, Lithuania, Malta, Portugal, Romania, Sweden, Slovakia, Czech Republic, Hungary.
Deliveries to Switzerland and UK
For deliveries to Switzerland and UK, we charge a flat shipping fee of 15.90 EUR excl. VAT per order. From an order value of 200,00 EUR we deliver your order free of shipping costs!
Duties, taxes or fees
All our prices include for buyers from the EU the legal VAT of the delivery country. For not logged in buyers we show the prices with the VAT rate of 19% for Germay. All other buyers will be charged after specifying the delivery address. In case of reduced tax rate for books etc. the prices include the legal value added tax of 7% (or the relevant specific VAT rate of the country).
If the delivery is made to a non-EU country, further duties, taxes or fees may be payable by the customer. However, these details are not collected by us, but by the customs or tax authorities responsible there. In such a case, we recommend that you ask the customs or tax authorities for details before placing your order.
Delivery times
As far as no other period is indicated in the article description, the delivery of the goods in Germany takes place within 3 - 5 working days, for foreign deliveries within 5 - 7 working days after order confirmation. The period for delivery begins with payment in advance with receipt of payment on our account. Please note that there is no delivery on Sundays and public holidays.
If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will ship the goods in one shipment if possible. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the item with the longest delivery time within your order.
Payment options
Invoice
Purchase on account is only possible for companies, authorities and organizations that have verified themselves with us in advance of their order (apply for purchase on account). The store account will then be manually activated by us for the purchase on account. It is not sufficient to enter only the organization name when ordering!
Prepayment
With prepayment you transfer us the open invoice amount before the shipment of the goods. All necessary information such as bank details, amount and reason for payment, which you need for the settlement, you will receive directly in our order confirmation by e-mail. Please note that a bank transfer within Germany can take up to three business days depending on the bank processing time. The goods will be shipped immediately after receipt of payment (subject to availability).
PayPal
With PayPal you pay your order with only two clicks directly after your purchase. This way your package can be shipped even faster and you also save the cumbersome typing of the transfer data. There are no additional fees for you.
Credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express & Meastro)
You can also pay your order as usual with your credit card. We offer processing for Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Maestro. During the order process you simply enter your credit card details and verify your identity with your password. The processing takes place via a secure data connection (SSL) of Mollie B.V..
Sofortüberweisung (International), GiroPay (Germany) and eps Überweisung (Austria)
We also offer several payment service providers for online bank transfer, with which you can easily and securely pay for your purchases. You don't have to register and you can easily make a transfer for the respective amount into your online banking account during your order. Paying by online bank transfer is free of charge for you.
