the premium glove for extrication
Part-No. 1094794L
- Special SuberFabric fabric for optimal cut protection
- Abrasion-resistant palm made from non-slip fabric
- Fully sewn-in rubber impact protection over the entire outer hand to protect against impact injuries
- Performance index according to EN 388:2016: 4X43FP (highest cut protection)
- Reinforced thumb saddle, tight-fitting neoprene cuff with touch tape strap and eyelet
With the XTREME RESCUE 4011W we set extremely high standards for hand protection during accident rescue. The secret is a special cut protection fabric inside the technical assistance glove called SuperFabric. In contrast to the often-used Kevlar, this fabric has been specially developed for gloves and therefore provides significantly more mobility even with the highest level of cut protection thanks to its individual protective elements. It is breathable and yet puncture-resistant.
With these gloves, we go a significant step further than our EXTRICATION 2090W. The entire glove is made of abrasion-resistant stitched fabric with a palm that is non-slip on both on wet and dry surfaces thanks to the use of TP-X. Its conspicuous colouring and the additional reflective stripes make it very visible even in the dark.
- Special cut-resistant fabric made of SuperFabric (palm)
- Optimum comfort and good touch sensitivity in the field
- Abrasion-resistant palm made of TP-X with perfect grip, even on wet and greasy surfaces
- Fully sewn-in impact protection over the entire outer hand made of rubber to protect against impact injuries (knuckle protection)
- Breathable fabric, gloves are easy to put on and take off even with wet hands
- Reinforced thumb saddle and index finger for longer working life
- Long neoprene cuff for wrist protection with a touch tape closure (elastic fit so that no splinters fall into the glove)
- Washable!
- Developed in collaboration with protective glove experts HexArmor from the USA
Meets the required standard EN 388:2016 for gloves for protection against mechanical risks: 4X43FP (4543)
Abrasion resistance: 4 (of 4)
Cut resistance Coupe test: X (Not used, 5 out of 5 according to old standard)
Tear resistance: 4 (of 4)
Puncture resistance: 3 (out of 4)
Cut resistance TDM test: F (out of F)
Impact protection: P (passed)
This means that the gloves also easily meet the DGUV (German Social Accident Insurance) required performance values 3233X (or 3X33B or 3233B). However, they do not provide protection against thermal, chemical, bacteriological and electrostatic hazards. This means that suitable infection protection gloves must always be worn in combination with these gloves when coming into contact with bodily fluids. Not suitable for use when working with rotating objects or applications involving serrated blades and tools. The glove is cut-resistant, but not cut-proof. The exact washing instructions for optimal care of the technical assistance gloves can be found on the sewn-in label (machine wash at 30°C, do not bleach, do not iron, can be tumble dried at low temperatures).

The gloves are great, I have them for about a year and they fit my hand comfortably.
Guter Handschuh
Optisch toller Handschuh, sehr gute Passform und Schutzwirkung.
Gutes tastgefühl.
Leider schwitzen meine Hände darin sehr schnell.
Super handschuhe
Mann merkt das der handschuhe gut verarbeitet ist und viel Material verarbeitet ist.
Aber kann mann immer noch alles super anfassen. Und super das halteringe dran sind zum Fest machen ander Schutzkleidung
Sicherheit + Optik sehr Gut, Gefühl etwas weniger
