Safety Centre Punch
Safety Centre Punch
for removing toughened safety glass
Part-No. 8027676
- Centre punches are a useful addition to glass management
- No risk of injury thanks to spring system
- Hardened steel tip (no wearing out)
- Integrated key ring for fastening and better gripping
- Easy to operate even with gloves!
Special safety centre punch for controlled breaking of toughened safety glass on accident vehicles. A light pull on the integrated key ring (can be gripped even with gloves) tensions the spring and the side or rear windows are shattered by the hardened tip when released.
This allows quick access to the trapped casualty, or all toughened safety glass panes can be removed from the vehicle in the course of glass management. This prevents uncontrolled breakage due to the forces applied with the hydraulic rescue equipment.
Thanks to the spring tension, the tip of the centre punch only has to be placed on the edge of the pane and does not have to be pressed on with force as with other systems. There is therefore no danger of your hand going through the splintered pane and injuring yourself when triggering, as happens time and again with glass breakers, emergency hammers and self-triggering automatic centre punches under pressure. The hardened steel tip effortlessly pierces all types of toughened safety glass without getting worn down.
- No risk of injury thanks to spring system
- Hardened steel tip (no wearing out)
- Integrated key ring
- Easy to operate even with gloves
Length: 12 cm (without key ring)
Weight: 60 g
Does not work on laminated glass (e.g. windscreen and occasionally side windows on new vehicles). To avoid unnecessary wear of the tip, use only on glass. This centre punch is also fitted as a spare part in the GLAS-EX saw and is used in the WEBER RESCUE glass management case.

Sehr gutes Einsatzmittel
Hält was es verspricht , Preisleistung ist top!
Bin sehr zufrieden
Hält was er verspricht!
Weiter so!
