VR PLUS 230 Special reciprocating saw blade

This reciprocating saw blade was developed in cooperation with Bosch especially for fire brigade accident rescue, and cuts through even the toughest B-pillars. In contrast to the EXTRICATION saw blades, these have a wedge-shaped tip, enabling easier plunge cuts into the material.

It is the world's first reciprocating saw blade with carbide-coated hard metal cutting teeth that can even cut through ultra-high-strength automotive steels and cast irons. In addition, the Vehicle Rescue saw blade with 1.25 mm thickness is particularly stable (no breaking off) and has a specially-developed more wear-resistant tooth geometry. All these features combined lead to a significantly longer service life than with comparable bi-metal blades and ensure operational success on modern vehicles that would not have been possible with ordinary saw blades.
