Special Reciprocating Saw Blade EX PLUS 230
for high-strength materials in accident rescue
Part-No. 1078477
- Reciprocating saw blade specially developed for accident rescue
- Special coating, reinforced blade bodies and optimised anchoring of the cutting teeth
- High-performance carbide teeth for high-strength metal
- Suitable for almost all reciprocating saw models
- Also available in a shorter version and as a set!
This reciprocating saw blade was developed in cooperation with Bosch especially for fire brigade accident rescue, and cuts through even the toughest B-pillars.
It is the world's first reciprocating saw blade with carbide-coated hard metal cutting teeth that can even cut through ultra-high-strength automotive steels and cast irons. In addition, this extrication saw blade has a thickness of 1.25 mm, making it exceptionally solid (no breaking off) and has a specially developed tooth geometry with greater wear-resistance. All these features combined lead to a significantly longer service life than with comparable bi-metal blades and ensure operational success on modern vehicles that would not have been possible with ordinary saw blades.
- Special coating (Perma-Shield) for a significantly reduced heat development and for less friction
- Reinforced blade body (1.25 mm thickness) results in straighter cuts with reduced vibrations
- High-performance carbide teeth stay sharp longer and improve cutting performance in high-strength metal
- Optimised anchoring of the cutting teeth on the saw blade for less wear and tear
The universal shank fits all common reciprocating saws from e.g. AEG, Black&Decker, Bosch, DeWalt, Flex, Hilti, Hitachi, Makita, Metabo, Milwaukee, Porter Cable, Skil, ...
