CCU3 Smart Alarm Control Unit

The CCU3 smart alarm control unit from Homematic is the central element for the local control system of our other smart alarm devices and establishes the connection to RETTERAlarm. Individual configuration and control is simple and straightforward by using a browser-based web interface (WebUI). In this way, smoke detectors (as a separate low-cost fire alarm system), door and window contacts (for burglary protection) or a weather station for mission-relevant weather data can be set up quickly and easily. With our RETTERAlarm alert software the alarm messages are immediately sent out to the emergency forces stored in the system.

The direct links between the individual devices ensure reliable and fail-safe operation at all times - even if the internet connection fails! AES-128 encryption also ensures the highest level of security.

The alarm control unit enables a combination of devices from the Homematic, Homematic IP and Homematic IP Wired ranges. It supports both wired components and radio devices. Integration of Philips Hue and Osram Lightify luminaires is also possible directly using the gateway of the respective manufacturer. The partner software AIO CREATOR NEO can be used to design individual apps for smartphones and tablets. Flexible remote access is possible via VPN solutions in routers or other secure remote access solutions from partners. Mediola plug-ins offer the possibility of integrating a variety of other systems from other manufacturers, such as BOSE, Teufel, Sonos, DIGITUS and many more.
